Biography
Mohammad Ibrahim was one of the famous painters and pen box painters ( Qalamdan Negar) of the Nasserite era who was very successful in depicting the battle scenes in the style of Caucasian-Iranian and has done well in this unique work. In important auctions of Islamic works, his works have always been considered and appreciated by collectors. He received the title of Naqash-Bashi from Mohammad Shah Qajar. Ibrahim’s children, especially his sons Mirza-Karim, Mirza-Ali, Moheb-Ali, Nejat-Ali and Mirza-Mahmoud, were all painters and artists.
