These certificates, which have the highest level of security, are currently issued in two quality levels: gold (for luxury works) and silver (for valuable works). One of the important functions of these certificates is for the case that the owner of the work wants to sell it, which is necessary to have the Rokhsat certificate. So that if a work receives a gold certificate, it will be sold at auction, and if it receives a silver certificate, it will be sold digitally or in national and international galleries.
It is noteworthy that if there is no desire to sell by the owner of the work, a certificate will be issued to the owner of the work without including a price. The cost of certification is also charged from the owner of the work.
